One-on-One Vocal Technique

Training plans and scheduling

One-on-One is a continuous training program. Each plan follows a weekly rhythm, so technique builds from one lesson to the next.

• Weekly Training: 5 sessions, once a week, valid for 6 weeks from your first lesson.
• Accelerated Training: 8 sessions, twice a week, valid for 5 weeks from your first lesson.
• Additional session: a single lesson for current students, valid for 30 days.
• You choose all your lesson times when you book. You can keep the same time each week or use different open slots.
• Your plan is confirmed once payment is received.

Rescheduling and cancellations

• 24 hours or more before a lesson: move it yourself from your private booking link to any open time within your plan.
• Less than 24 hours before, or a missed lesson: the session counts as used.
• If your coach cancels: the session goes back into your plan, and your plan is extended by 7 days so you can rebook.
• Unused sessions expire when your plan ends.
• Illness or emergencies: message us as soon as you can. We can extend a plan once, by up to 7 days, at our discretion.

Own the Room

Monthly group classes

Own the Room classes are grouped by age, with up to six singers each, and meet on a fixed weekly schedule.

• Tuition is paid monthly. Each payment covers 30 days, starting from your first class.
• Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.
• We’ll email you a link to pay for the next month a few days before your current month ends.
• If the next month isn’t paid, we hold your spot for 3 days after the due date. After that, it’s released so another singer can join.

Trial sessions

Trying a lesson first

A trial is the easiest way to meet our coaches and see how we teach. Each student can book one trial.

• One-on-One trial lesson: a 30-minute private lesson for ₱1,000. Move it from your booking link up to 24 hours before it starts. Later cancellations, or a missed trial, count as used.
• Own the Room trial class: join one regular class with singers your age for ₱800, on a date with a free seat. Need a different date? Reply to your confirmation email before the class.
• Your trial is confirmed once payment is received.

Payments

How to pay

• Pay online through HitPay’s secure checkout (card, GCash and other options), or by GCash or bank transfer.
• Online payments hold your lesson times or class spot for 30 minutes while you pay.
• GCash and bank transfers hold them for 24 hours. Please send your receipt so we can confirm your booking.
• Card details are entered on HitPay’s checkout page and are never stored on our website.
• Your confirmation email includes a private link to your lessons or enrollment. Please keep it to yourself.
